Description: For sale is a really nice figurine made by Royal Copenhagen in 1968 if I figured out the date code correctly. Originally designed by Lauritz Jensen , the figurine is of a Tiger that is modeled very nicely and hand painted to perfection in their typical under glaze colors. The coloration of this piece here is especially nice. The figure is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the three wavy blue lines, Royal Copenhagen Denmark around a crown as well as the usual numbers and letters as shown. First choice which is not an easy find for this model. Incised name of the designer by the beginning of the left front leg as shown. Model number is 714. The piece is just under 5.25 inches tall, 5.125 inches wide and 12 inches long.
