Description: This is a great party/dance skirt with the chiffon inserts that make the skirt swing and move. Elastic waist. Please see photos as they do the best job of describing. The brand of the skirt is St'enay and it was made in India. The skirt is 100% silk with a polyester lining. It has hanger loops. Approximate measurements are: waist unstretched 13", fully stretched the waist is 18". Length is 24 " from top of waistband to bottom of hem. The scarf in the mannequin photos is not included - I added that because my mannequin is shy. :) When I was taking photos I noticed about a 10" tear in the lining by the label. It does not affect wearing of the skirt. I will wrap in tissue paper and place in a plastic bag and ship in a box USPS Ground Advantage for the most reasonable rate.
