For sale is a vintage Japanese painting on silk.This great looking piece shows a wonderful landscape with a boat on a river and a couple of tea houses on the other side of the river with Mt. Fuji towering in the background.PLEASE NOTE: We have another Japanese painting on silk available for sale, if it hasn't sold already, signed by the same artist and with a great looking landscape with a waterfall and pagoda on a river.This painting is black and white with gold and silver thread sewn into parts of the painting.This painting is signed, but we have no idea whose signature it is.As you can tell, this painting must've been framed and matted before we came across it since you can see the tape marks on the corners and the middle of each edge.It is in excellent condition with no damage to the fabric, but it does have the tape marks on it as described.This painting would great properly framed and matted and hanging on a wall again.The overall dimensions are bit over 7" by 10" with the painting approximately 6 3/8" by 8 7/8" when matted. This item will be shipped in a padded envelope via insured ground advantage with the USPS.
