Description: Here is a lovely "Nishi" doll with handprinted silk face and posable silk hands. She is beautiful to behold in her purple and red silk kimono, standing at 17" tall on "geta" clogs. Her hair is beautifully in tact, and she shows very little signs of her age other than some subtle fading of the kimono. The golden yellow urn and white Spring flowers are not original but help to give the doll more presence.
