Description: VINTAGE Simpson-Vance House Counted Cross Stitch Pattern Nancy Spruance Designs (1992). The Simpson-Vance House is a Queen Anne with intricate Eastlake detailing that was built in Eureka, California in 1892. The house was acquired in the early 1980's by a non-profit social service agency. The main colors in the design are sky blue with cream and rust. Stitch count is 135w x 160h.
