Description: Vintage Snap On KR-56 Big , six drawer Tool Chest, KR-420 Two drawer section and KR-351 Roll -Cab with Two Drawers. Also included KTR-1 Tote tray, Hanging Snap-On Socket Tray and Accessory Shelf for Roll Cabinet. From the late 40s to early 50s. Snap on did not start stamping their model # and year produced on it until 1953. This one does not have any markings on it. I found this unit at a moving sale and the owner told me it had been sitting in the same place in his garage for the last 25 years and that his grand father had purchased it new. I cleaned it up and put New 5 " Heavy duty all 4 swivel (2 locking) Poly Floor friendly caster wheels on it . All the drawers work and slide freely. The lower compartment panel takes a little persuasion to operate, as all seam to do of this design. It has a chrome strip along the bottom of the roll cab , It has pitting on it which I have tried to show in the pictures. It has faded paint, scratches, surface rust and someone a long time ago tried to do some touch up painting on it. Surprisingly it only has 2 minor dents that I could find on it. No keys. This will be for local pick up from Thurmont, Md. which is approx. 20 miles south of Gettysburg, Pa. I will also work with your shipper. Overall it is 55 inches tall, 26 1/2 inches wide and 17 inches deep. Please look at pictures for condition.
