The charm is a puffy (or hollow) heart charm. THIS IS A SMALL HEART CHARM. The heart is plain. The front of the charm has been professionally engraved with the initials "A.S.". If there are white spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the bail. There is no engraving on the back of this heart charm. The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 3/8" across in size. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT COMPUTER MONITORS ARE NOT ALL CALIBRATED ALIKE. THE COLORS YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I SEE ON MY MONITOR.
