This is a puffy (Hollow) heart charm. THIS IS A SMALL HEART CHARM. The design is a raised swirls border with a red stone inset into the center of the charm. If there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the back. There is no engraving on the back of this heart charm. The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 3/8" across in size.
