Description: Men's Vintage 1980s Stratojac Reversible Insulated Bomber Jacket - Charcoal Gray & Burgundy Size 40 Large - Great Condition! This vintage '80s jacket is in GREAT PRE-OWNED CONDITION: outer shell is like new, the lining/reverse nylon side has a few faint black dots on the back that are only visible close-up and/or in certain lighting. Otherwise this jacket is impeccable. (SEE PHOTOS) This super cool, retro, part preppy part punk, cotton-poly blend, reversible lined bomber is, quite frankly, The Bomb! First of all it is from the early to mid-1980s, probably manufactured right before the Stratojac company went out of business (such a shame). ABOUT STRATOJAC Stratojac was a men's clothing & outerwear company that began in the late 1800s in Hammond, Indiana, but unfortunately closed in 1987. Their coats and jackets have stood the test of time with quality construction and design, which makes them popular on the resale market. The outer shell is 70% cotton 30% polyester charcoal gray twill which is wind-resistant, with zip closure, hand pockets, a zipper breast pocket, and striped knit elastic lined waist & cuffs. Flip it inside out and it's a burgundy nylon flight jacket with hand pockets and solid black elastic waist/cuffs. It is insulated with 100% polyester. It is labeled size 40, which is the lower end of Large.
