All in very good condition no major flaws but i will mention any blemishes i can see under the item description. Green roof version of ivy/applewood cottage including ladder. Windows and doors open and close. This is in great condition for age but may be slightly yellowed, have a few minor scuffs etc. Plus several full sets of rare furniture. Almost everything is official sylvanian families but there might be one or two erroneous items. Side cabinet with pull out drawer. Basket, clock and standing picture frame. Flowerpot. Tea tray with 2 cups and saucers plus teapot with removable lid. Picture frame with UNUSED sticky back can be hung on a wall of your choosing. 5 paper books with real picture and text pages. 1 paper xylophone box. Wicker dish + flowerdish. Nursery set Fully working nightlight up and spinning nursery cot/bed with fold down railing + 2 pillows. This is really nice the nightlight has a floral pattern that spins and casts light on the ceiling/walls like a real nightlight. Batteries not included due to postage restrictions takes 2AAA Mini open wardrobe with 2 removable coathangers. Pink rocking horse. Small blue chair. Mini chair + bear. Train with engine + 2 carriages + passenger bear. Playset with moving shapes and twist blocks plus a keyboard with tiny removable drumstick type items for playing. Mini rattle + trumpet. Pram with fabric hood and pillow (one side of the spokes has come away it's still usable but sticks out a bit could probably be fixed with some glue) ONE PINK bear rattle. Purple bottle. Car shaped toy maybe a rattle. Table and chair. Food plate + spoon and fork + bottle. Sophie Snow-Warren doll house playset White rabbit may have some lint or minor clothing blemishes (like imperfect bows) but no damage. Rare red and blue roof mini doll houses. Including 9 minifigs pieces of wood effect furniture, complete to my knowledge. Connor & Kerri pram ride playset Mother Snow-Warren White rabbit with Connor & Kerri twin babies. Everything from original set included. 3 figures with original clothing, pram, blanket & rattle. Excellent condition. Pram fully working.
