Description: Up for auction is a piece that was given compliments of Pland's Broadway Cocktail Lounge in Oakland, Calif. It is "The Esquire Liquor Intelligencer". This booklet touches on all the facts that you wll need to know about liquor, wines, etc. It includes how to make many fancy drinks. The piece is signed by Mike Lynn whom, I assume, was the manager or owner of Pland's. Pland's was quite a popular place in the 1940's. There is no date on the publication. Please note: the pages appear to be splotchy but that is the way the booklet was made - not spills. The piece measures 13 1/4" x 10". It is a nice piece.
