Description: This vintage upholstered rocking chair pincushion/spool thread holder has been in my family since it was purchased, probably sometime in the 1940’s. It has been on display in a smoke-free home and then later put into storage in a temperature-controlled environment. It is in very good condition—there is little evidence of any pin holes in the fabric. It can hold 6 large spools of thread. In the back of the rocker, there is a wood bracket which can hold scissors—I show this in a photo. Note, scissors and thread are not included. Note—the points of the rocker have a tiny bit of wear. Please see photos. It has a drawer that can hold needles or other sewing utensils.
