This bracelet has a Victorian style, and it has beautiful detailing throughout. The 1/2” mesh band slides open to an 8” circumference opening. The bracelet slides over the wrist and the end is pulled to tighten to size. The slide bar moves to hold the tasseled end in place. Please check dimensions to make sure it will slide over your hand since it does not open any other way. It has gold tones.
