Description: For sale is a vintage puzzle featuring Wendy the Good Little Witch and Casper the Friendly Ghost. It is a 70 interlocking piece Junior Picture puzzle. (No. 566). All pieces are present and fit together nicely. Assembled photo is included in this listing as are photos of all sides of the original box. This puzzle is based on a reprint of the cover to Casper and Wendy No. 4 comic (March 1972). Assembled puzzle is approximately 9.75” x 6.75”. Original box has some sun fading on one end panel, one side panel and a small amount of fading on the top of the box - see photos, this did not affect the puzzle itself. Warren Paper Products Company was a publishing company that produced an extensive range of products including puzzles, card games, toy figures, flash cards, indoor sports games, fun packs and packaging boxes starting in the 1938 and running through 1986, when the company was acquired by Random House. In the 70s Warren Paper Products released several lines of puzzles featuring Harvey and Hanna Barbera characters based on Harvey and Charlton comic cover art. The puzzles were released in various form factors, tray puzzles of various sizes, square and shaped, as well as boxed puzzles in multiple sizes.
