There is no tag or markings to establish maker or brand, there is a tag that says "Hand Made in Philippines" I do not know where or when the purse was purchased it was handed down to me by a family friend so it could possibly be from the decades of 1960's, 70's, 80's or 90's. The condition is okay to good it has been taken care of and properly stored in a non humid environment, however there is visible signs of wear. The exterior edges of the handbag are frayed on both left and right sides on body and flap and there is a loose thread on the interior pocket stitching. There are no stains and all the flowers are intact. The measurements were made by hand with a flexible ruler; Height: 6 inches Width: 11.5 inches.
