Description: Vintage Woven wicker wood Pig Basket With Handles Peoples Republic Of China A very sweet, fine woven pig basket with wooden ears, snout and tail. The eyes are either glass or plastic. It has two wicker handles. It is about 12 1/2 inches long by 7 1/4 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches deep. The snout height is around 6 1/4 inches. The handles add about 4 3/4 inches to the height one up. The handles do fold down. The basket is in very good shape, the tail does have a bit of damage. The bottom has very slight warping, but the integrity of the basket is still great. Please see the photos for further information on flaws. The bottom of the basket has a sticker that says ZHE Jiang handcrafts, made in the peoples Republic of China, and is signed HCG.
