Description: Early vintage WR Case & Sons Cut Co. model 102-12 chef's knife. Blade and handle show a lot of patina and wear. Any of the original Case & Sons inscriptions that were on the blade from the factory are not visible anymore. I've taken photos in raking light so you can get a good look at the blade. This is one of the early "ebonized wood" handle versions that probably dates to the 1940s-1950s or so. It might be walnut. It is not rosewood--I have a Case 100-10 with a rosewood handle in a separate listing, and the differences between the two handle materials are very obvious. This is the ultimate grail piece for any Halloween/Michael Myers collection besides owning an original Don Post Kirk mask. Ships free, fully insured with signature confirmation. Thanks for looking!
