It also features a hook/loop fastener flap with TQ embroidered on the loop fastener patch. You may also stick a hook/loop compatible patch onto the top of the flap. The flap also has a high visibility pull tab for opening. The brightly colored tab allows for ease of identifying the quickest access to the tourniquet. (shears & tourniquet not-included) The pouch features multiple MOLLE straps both vertically and horizontally on the back to mount onto MOLLE compatible gear in the standard or horizontal positions. The pouch can also be mounted onto your duty belt in the horizontal position.
