Description: Rocking Horses Hallmark Ornaments (1981-1996) This popular Hallmark ornament series featured differently painted rocking horses, until it ended in 1996. Every year, the year of the ornament was painted on the rocker in a contrasting color. Artist: Linda Sickman Size: 3.047" H x 1.025" W x 4.016" L This listing consists of all 16 of the rocking horses. Numbers 1 - 15 are all New In Box (with removable tops (early years). Number 16 is loose without the box. All 16 have been carefully wrapped in tissue to protect the box as well as the horse inside. They have carefully stored in a sealed tote in a dry climate and have not been removed. The series set includes: 1981: #1 - QX4222: dirty white Palomino with a brown mane and a red saddle, sitting upon red rockers accented in gold. 1982: #2 - QX5023: The horse is black in color that has a red saddle and a black tail and mane. The rocker is red trimmed in gold. 1983: #3 - QX4177: This antique rocking horse is painted to resemble a chestnut with flaxen mane and tail. 1984: #4 - QX4354: This Appaloosa rocking horse is white with black spots, a gray colored tail and mane, and a blue saddle. The rockers are blue in color and trimmed in gold. 1985: #5 - QX4932: This horse features a brown and white pinto pony riding on a blue rocker with gold trim. The pony has a green and red saddle trimmed in gold. 1986: #6 - QX4016: This lovely golden palomino horses sits on a set of green rockers trimmed in white and red. The Palomino has a flowing white yarn tail and a saddle that is brown and blue in color. 1987: #7 - QX4829: This majestic rocking horse is white in color and features a red saddle with blue and gold trim. The rockers on the horse are purple trimmed in red. The tail of the horse is a cream colored yarn. 1988: #8 - QX4024: This is a dappled gray pony a green saddle blanket with a red and gold saddle. The rockers are red with a green insets. This horse has a two-tone gray yarn tail and his feet have black and white accents. 1989: #9 - QX4622: This tan and black Bay rocking horse features brass stirrups and red yarn rein. 1990: #10 - QX4646: This Appaloosa has a festive look with a red and green saddle and matching rockers. 1991: #11 - QX4147: This Buckskin is a white steed with black hair, red saddle and baby blue straps. 1992: #12 - QX4147: This Brown is features a beautiful brown and white horse with a blue and green saddle. 1993: #13 - QX4162: This Gray is features a beautiful grey and white horse with a blue and green saddle with brown straps on brown rockers. 1994: #14 - QX5016: This is a beautiful and detailed replica of a Brown rocking horse. It has a brown tail, as well as red and green rockers and a blue and green saddle. 1995: #15 - QX5167: This is a beautiful and detailed replica of a Pinto/Appoloosa rocking horse.
