HERE WE HAVE: A vintage Emerson Electric table/desk fan! The base is cast metal and the whole thing is sort of art deco in style. There's a handle on the top of the back for moving around. Runs on three speeds and is supposed to oscillate (ours BARELY oscillates.. more info in condition description).The tag on the base notes this as "type 77648-AS". *7/3/23* CONDITION: Being sold as is, because it's not oscillating properly and there's some damage to the cord! The fan BARELY oscillates; it moves back and forth maybe an inch? I'm not sure what needs adjusted on the fan for it to oscillate completely. The fan is otherwise tested and working. It runs at all three speeds! The motor makes a humming sound when it runs (not sure if by design) which is most noticeable on the slowest speed. There are scuffs, scratches, surface corrosion spots, and stains throughout. The felt lining the bottom has worn away in spots. The power cord and the motor cord have damage and exposed spots on them, may want to tape them or replace them! The fan's blades are spinning faster in person than they appear in the video!
