Hand blown and formed approximately in the 1970s.A superb mixture of clear, dilute, and champagne colored glass that drifts into a soft golden peach hue. Then there is the swirls like white veils that drape within the form. This vase reminiscent of a splash stopped in mid movement, a gorgeous vase or statement piece. A very weighty composition. I have taken close up, high res images for you to see it in various lighting so you can appreciate the artistry.I see some minor bubbles in the base in particular but that is what happens in the forming process. There are no chips or cracks that I can detect and this has been carefully kept for many years. Measures apx 8" tall and 4" diameter on the base.
