This Boys Day display set was acquired in post World War II Japan circa 1946 - 1953 by a US civilian employee of the US Army and brought back to the states when the civilian returned home. The boys are 7 inches in height. The bow and samurai are 14 inches in height. The Kabuto piece is 12 inches across as is the stand. The two Taro Koi Nobori pieces of handcrafted paper artwork are 8.5 feet in length. The original boxes are included with the purchase of this display set.
