Description: Elastic in sleeves is loose, one more so than the other. There are a few small open seams at the tiers, and one repair. Otherwise in very nice vintage condition. Tag is mostly cut off, but you can easily recognize the brand name as Martha's Miniatures. Almost 12" across the chest, 30" long. There are tiny belt loops, but we do not have the tie. You could add a white ribbon or go with a pop of color for the occasion. We are so thankful for our customers!
