These were given to fans at the annual Hadi Shrine Circus in November 1988 at Roberts Stadium in Evansville, Indiana, when The Munsters appeared there. It has been facsimile-signed by Pat Priest, Butch Patrick and Al Lewis. The Munsters was a popular TV sitcom in the mid-1960s.
