Description: It does take some effort to open and close the windows, but they do open and close and perhaps if they were cleaned some more although I did clean them some but they need more cleaning and perhaps lubricated they would open and close easier. This is not new and show signs of use and age. It is listed for parts or not working, the screen likely needs to be replaced as there are at least or is at least one whole in it. I do not see any cracks in the glass. Please use pictures to help determine condition. This is sold as is.
