It was safely stored in the pictured box with other items from the 1950s to the 2000s. We are not sure on the age. . and we are not sure if the brooch itself is a Merry & Bright brooch or if it was just placed in that box. The brooch is made of a shiny golden metal and the scarf and hat are red enamel. The head and body are a gorgeous sparkling gem cut crystal.
