Description: VTG 30s Navy Eyelet Dress W/ White Lace Neckline & PeplumIn good used vintage condition, w/ flaws. Dress is navy cotton with eyelet cutouts throughout and white lace trim at the collar & down the front chest. There's a matching eyelet belt, but one end looks to be cut off, possibly where the belt buckle was. There are white stains around the collar, at the front right shoulder, and at the front left sleeve. There's a hole at the left shoulder seam and stray threads around the hem. There's a huge hole in the back left sleeve and the elastic in the sleeve cuffs is a bit stretched out. It's possible there are other small snags, holes or spots that were missed.
