It has an all over pattern appears to resemble starbursts and shells. It is stamped Perfection Bottle Co. Wilkes Barre PA. Pat March 30-97 It also has on the rim of the top piece Place The Rubber Here. Which it not longer has due to it drying up. It has no cracks or chips and presents well.
