This books look good for their age. Front and Back covers both have some minor flaws, dirt and wear with age. But the covers are all smooth and shiny, with bright colors. A few scattered indentations on both covers, only visible at an angle. Chips on the back cover by the spine and the side edge. Pages are white, crisp and clean. Slightly worn corners. Yet with all their flaws, the books still have good appeal. These comics are raw grade, newsstand editions. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader I would consider the books to be in VG-VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations. In the end, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value not the specific Grade Letter/#.
