We have been collectors for years and there is nothing worse than receiving an item and the condition is less than expected. We offer our opinion on the grade of a comic based on years of experience, each edition of the Overstreet Grading Guide, as well as personal ownership and comparison to professionally graded comics by CGC, CBCS, and PGX. We also try to describe the comic and identify as many defects as possible. We note any restoration that we are aware, cut outs, missing pages or pieces, and any other defects that within reason that affect the grade. Most importantly we provide large scans of the front and back cover so that you may judge the condition for yourself and note any defects for yourself. However, ultimately, grading is subjective and people do not always agree on the grade and we sometimes miss some defects. As a result we offer full refunds within two weeks of sale for any reason including any shipping costs charged by us. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems or complaints. We pack securely using multiple over sized pieces of corrugated cardboard placed in a manila envelope. We ship first class or priority depending on the circumstances such as condition and price. On some occasions we further use a comic mailer or a box. Our shipping supplies and postage costs are ordinarily 5.50 to 9.00 but can be higher depending on circumstances and special requests. We only charge 4.00 shipping to recoup some of our shipping expense and we do not charge for handling. Some special requests for shipping may cost extra. Please feel free to ask any questions.
