There is a second hand. The back of the watch is marked: 'V377' and 'Stainless Steel back Japan Movement.' The battery is dead. The Bracelet style band is 2 toned, silver and gold colors, and measures about 1/2 inch across and, measures, when opened, about 7 inches. That was difficult to measure, so I could be off a bit. I have about a 6 inch wrist and it fits me loosely and would twist around my wrist. It looks like 2 links could be removed. On my postal scale, the watch itself weighs 1.0 ounces.
