Description: This is a roll of 50 circulated Lincoln Wheat Small Cents from the year 1909 to 1958 Varied mints P D S. The coins are ranging from 1916 to 1958 and conditions vary from G to XF. These pennies are from a jar of wheat pennies I got from someone's brother who passed recently. Wheat pennies are coins that were minted in the United States from 1909 to 1958, featuring a wheat design on the reverse side had a composition of mostly bronze, which is 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc12. However, in 1943, due to a copper shortage during World War II, wheat pennies were made of zinc-plated steel, which gave them a silver color. They were minted in Philadelphia, San Francisco & Denver. They are Circulated & uncertified. The color of the coins is BN,RN, & RB and they are ungraded. This roll is a great addition to any coin collection and a perfect way to own a piece of history.
