Note: Moissanite can be tested for with a diamond tester, but most diamond testers can only test gems bigger than 2mm as the tip has to be covered by the face of the gem and the tip is wider than the face of the gem. The bigger gems can pass the diamond tester, but it is still very tricky when the gems have not been set. Moissanite can also scratch Sapphire and scratch cz as it is harder.
