The factory includes simple instructions with a tool and substitute screws to remove the locking lid. This mailbox is also available with a number/address plaque (see that listing in our eBay Store). The mailbox has two small round indentations on the front panel (see pictures) which locate where to drill, if you were to attach the matching address plaque. Since this listing does not include the house number plaque, those two round indents will be visible (again... see pictures). Just wanted you to know.... Dimensions: 15"w x 15"h x 7" deep.
