Main Features of SYL-2342PThis PID temperature controller is a 1/16 DIN controller with a two-line display. It has all the basic control functions of the standard PID controller such as SYL-2342 except the "manual control mode". AW-SYL-2342P is designed to drive mechanical relays. Its main output is a small C-Form 10A relay built into the controller. The relay contacts pull in or drop out as the output status changes. This ramp/soak controller can allow up to 30 steps programmed, making it suitable for applications that require complex heating profiles such as controlling heat treatment ovens. In each segment of the heating profile, a user can specify the start point of the temperature, the endpoint of the temperature, and the time duration during which this ramp/soak step should last. In addition, special actions can also be programmed: hold the program, stop the program, jump to a specified step, activate or deactivate one or both alarm relays.
