They are empty. #2 is bottle is compromised, part of the cork is inside the bottle. Both of these are in excellent condition otherwise. The paint is vibrant and bright on both. I can find no chips, cracks or breaks on these vessels. please look closely at the photos taken as they will help with a visual description of both of these decanters as well as some measurements.
