Indeed, Jesus is the only bridge between heaven and earth and God and man. Artist Biography About the Artist color_lens William C. Ressler was born on a farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After serving with the U.S. Army Engineers in the Philippines, he graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia majoring in Illustration. For many years, he was a freelance illustrator and painter with a studio in center city Philadelphia. His subject matter includes cartoons, architectural renderings, and industrial themes. He is well-known for paintings and limited edition prints of Philadelphia (its suburbs, New Jersey Shore, and rural scenes). Also a graduate of Cairn University (formerly Philadelphia Biblical University), his art portraying Biblical themes has been published internationally. He is a member of the American Watercolor Society and a life member of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society.
