Description: This is a most rare, and unique costume. The mask, made in the U.S. by a very small company, no longer in business, called "Somewhere in Time". We have a series of 3 Troll designs, all from our retired rental stock, which we are selling individually. The finely crafted leather masks originally retailed for $400.00 This one is the Witch Troll.The clothing was compiled in our shop, using old vintage pieces, new, and handmade pieces. The costume consists of a vintage, black cotton, draw string skirt, with 2 rows of black braid trim at the bottom. (up to a 38" waist, 34" length)A black cotton V-neck peasant shirt with full sleeves gathered at the shoulder, and elasticized at the wrist. (46"-48" chest, Shoulder-22")A 3/4 black cotton, unlined cape that ties at the neck.( 45" long)A handmade, brown burlap shawl.A pair of black & white stripe knee socks.A pair a green rubber creature hands, with black faux fur cuffs. (Not Shown) The mask is hand crafted of an olive colored suede. The Witch like features include a large hooked nose, big ears, wrinkled "skin", warts, and jagged Troll teeth. The hair is made of black synthetic fiber. The mask has a black cloth that covers the mouth opening, but opens up by pulling the hook & loop tab to allow for eating and drinking. It has an elastic strap in the back to hold it in place on the head. The back is covered in a black poly satin hood, that is attached. All the clothing components are in good condition, no rips or holes, but are faded, that is the look we want for this character.The mask is in excellent condition, and was rarely used.The rubber hands are also in very good condition. Other than as an awesome Halloween costume, that you can wear year after year, (how cool to be THAT house on your street that every kid dares to try and approach, with the ugly Troll Witch waiting at the door!)or this makes a great addition to a haunted attraction, or small budget film. Also, Theatrical productions would benefit with not having to use cosmetics. With the movable mouth, you can speak & sing.
