Description: Offered is the antique book "With Lawrence in Arabia", written by Lowell Thomas and published by the Garden City Publishing Co. in Garden City, New York. This "Star Book" by the well-known author, traveler and broadcaster has a 1924 copyright date. There are several black and white photos. The original dust jacket is included. The book is approx. 8 1/4" x 6" and contains 408 pages. It is in good to very good condition. The brown hard cover has almost no wear, the black words on the spine still distinct. There is no cracking inside either the front or the back cover. The white endpapers have browned but are otherwise clean except for the handwritten name of the original owner, dated 1935. I see no missing or torn pages and all are well-attached to the binding. They have browned and have some occasional spotting but are otherwise mostly clean. There are a few dog-eared pages. I see no writing in the book other than that already mentioned. The dust jacket has no large tears but does have some short edge tears along the top and bottom edges, with a few very small bits missing. It has browned slightly and has some light soiling. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions.
