The disc code is CC02003W-CC and it is marked Check Disc Only. It is also dated 21/09/2005 - well before the game's release in late October/early November. Review versions like this disc were given to journalists pre-release to review the game. The disc is housed in a plain plastic case. Condition: The game has been tested using a PAL retail Xbox console and the disc is in good working order. The disc is also in excellent cosmetic condition, but note that the game's title and "XB" is written on the disc rather than printed.
