The scans are of the actual item, bagged and boarded in a Mylar in very nice Near Mint- condition, with sharp corners and few tiny spine ticks. The book was slightly miscut in production and this is not considered as grade affecting by the major Comic Grading Companies. It is signed on the first inside story page by Frank Miller. It does not come with a Certificate Of Authenticity, but we have compared the signature to other authenticated signatures from CGC and Dynamic Forces (see our other Frank Miller signed items) and we are happy to unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of the signature.
