Turquoise blue horse, dramatically pawing the ground, with flying white mane, tail and fetlocks. Probably early-mid 1950s. One of the most iconic images by this artist. Woodrow Wilson "Woody" Crumbo (1912-1989) was a Citizen Potawatomi born near Lexington, Oklahoma. His work generally explores Native American subject matter.
