LABEL/NUMBER: BITOA -B1 -12-inch 33 RPM Mono Vinyl LP packaged in a Box With a paperback Book and other items (See Below). YEAR: 1961 – Please see my other Auctions for many more Promotional and SEALED Soundtrack, Original Cast, Individual Artist & Christmas recordings. TITLES: Please See Scans. DISC CONDITION: This un-banded vinyl LP is VG+ or better with great shine, showing a surface rub and some hairlines. COVER CONDITION: This Box Set Type Cover is VG+ or better with no Cut-outs or Notches. The corners of the box are all intact except for the one at the lower left at the bottom of the spine. There is a break in the top edge panel about ¼ of the way from the opening edge. This Box has a Dealer sticker applied to the lower back Cover. It appears to be from “Netzow’s" on Downer Ave. in Milwaukee. CONTENTS OF BOX: In addition to the LP, there are 5 items in the Box. 1) A paperback book consisting of 127 numbered pages. Although the cut-out area for the book is rectangular, the book is not, rather it is misshapen (please see my pix) and does not properly fit the Cut-out. The book measures about 3 ¾ inches at the top and 4 ¼ inches at the bottom as welI as not quite 6 ¾ inches at the spine. I have viewed other offerings of this Box Set and have not seen any others where the book is not rectangular so I suspect this one got past Quality Control at the manufacturer. The book is in excellent condition. 2) Booze Nooze - a 8.5 by 11-inch, 4-page Newsletter, “Vol.1 – First Fifth”, in excellent condition. 3) An 8.5 by 7-inch, 4-page Promo for other records from Stereoddities and its associated label, Duo, including this Box Set from BITOA. 4) A 5 by 7-inch blurb from Stereoddities promoting their new “Dual Purpose” Record. This item is one-sided and in excellent condition. 5) A unused post-paid postcard addressed to BITOA applying for membership in that organization. This item is 2-sided with a place for your name and address on the reverse of the card.
