Bare metal surfaces on the outside and the blades in the hog have taken on a bit of oxidation from the dew and what not but I believe that a little bit of usage would clean them right up. I made sure to inspect them to the best of my ability by rotating the cutting head manually. All of the bearings seem smooth and quiet, and the blades spin freely. Needs minor hardware attention at the hinge where the throat swings open and other smaller bolts and nuts around the shell. Doors need some adjustment to swing freely.
