Description: This is a wonderful original vintage WWII era signed Hawaiian watercolor in nice Hawaiian period wood frame. the frame measures about 24x18". Painting is under glass and measurements showign through frame are roughly 18.5x13". The watercolor is a Hawaiian landscape depicting what my guess is some sort of hawaiian farm.. perhaps a pine apple or sugar cane plant / plantation though I'm really not sure at all. The water color is signed in the bottom right corner starting with a V in a cicle -- L. Davis - 42 - Hawaii - Maui . The paper has been removed off the backside of the frame but the original wire is present and in nice ready to hang condition. Overall this is a very nice condition piece of artwork and wood period frame. see photos for best judge of content and condition. Very nice scarce original wartime Hawaiiana Art.
