It's in good overall shape overall with some wear and there is an alpha-numeric stamp on the upper right corner of the front cover (see pictures). This manual is intended as a guide to conducting physical training exercises of soldiers. It provides guidance on training formations, commands, marching, running, contests and athletics and group games. There are also chapters on schedules, rifle exercises, swimming and water safety and a catalog of exercises and activities.
