Description: I recently won this at an auction, but noticed that the top screw appears to be glued in. Very good condition besides one of the grips screws appears to be glued in. It is an original WWII German 98k Mauser bayonet that is complete with matching numbered scabbard. Bayonet and scabbard are both marked “41asw” for manufacture by E.u.F. Horster in 1941. Blade has nice original blue finish showing a little normal wear and was never sharpened.
