Mace Bell Workout Routine 1. 360 Swing (3 sets of 8-10 reps per side)Target: Shoulders, back, core.How-To: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Grip the mace bell with both hands, one near the end of the handle and the other towards the weighted end. Swing the mace bell behind your head and around in a full circle, catching it at the starting position. Repeat on both sides. 2. Gravedigger (3 sets of 8-10 reps per side)-Target: Shoulders, obliques, hamstrings.-How-To: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the mace bell on one shoulder with the weight behind you. Squat slightly and simulate a shoveling motion by swinging the mace bell down towards the opposite foot and then back over the shoulder. Repeat on both sides. 3. Front Pendulum (3 sets of 10-12 reps)Target: Core, shoulders.-How-To: Stand with feet together. Hold the mace bell vertically in front of you, gripping towards the bottom of the handle. Swing the mace bell side to side in front of you, pivoting your hips and turning your feet slightly in the direction of the swing. 4. Barbarian Squat (3 sets of 8-10 reps)Target: Legs, shoulders, core.How-To: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the mace bell with both hands behind your neck. Perform a squat while swinging the mace bell overhead to the front, then bring it back as you return to standing. 5. Bullwhip (3 sets of 8-10 reps per side)Target: Core, shoulders, forearms.How-To:Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the mace bell with one hand near the end of the handle and the other towards the weight. Swing the mace bell to one side and let it orbit around your body, catching it at the waist level on the other side.
