Description: This is a super cute (and rare!) Forever 21 dress from the early 2000s that features spaghetti straps, a pleated skirt, metal rings at the front, and a very punky red plaid design throughout. 8/10 condition. As old as this is, I only wore it 3 times. The only flaw is that the straps are dislodging just a bit, and could use some quick reinforcement. There is one small area where the top hem has come loose (see photos), but it's not very noticeable. Otherwise, this dress is in pristine shape! Size Medium.
