Description: This is a beautiful Rosetti yellow Hibiscus wall hanging plate. It was hand painted in occupied Japan. This is in nice pre-loved condition with no chips or cracks.there are some marks shown in the last picture. I'm not sure what the marks are, possibly from the manufacturer.
